Wednesday was a day that was well enjoyed. There wasn't many acitvities laid out for me. Nonetheless, I treasured every minute of it because I know that such a time doesn't come by so often. I had the privilege of waking up at 9:45am that day although I wished I could sleep till 1pm. My mum and I went down to Tampines to dye our hair. She did a normal hair dye, while I did a highlight. Can't believe that the whole process took 5 long hours. I'm rather satisfied with my hair colour. My friends even commented that I looked like a french lady. Haha!
Suddenly I have the urge to pen down my 'Healthy Lifestyle' goals after chatting with my friend 2 hours ago.
* Have a good breakfast everyday.
* Have my 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of vegetables daily.
* Drink 3 litres of water.
* Practice dietary modification.
* Rest early.
* Don't worry, be happy.
* Abstain from alcohol.
* Don't snack.
* Exercise 3 times a week for a start.
